Diesel Mechanic

Warren & Warren Asphalt Paving is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment. This position is responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping our equipment operating safely and efficiently both in the shop and in the field.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fuel system issues
Maintain accurate service records
Help minimize equipment downtime through timely repairs
Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications:

Experience working on diesel trucks and heavy equipment
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems efficiently
Own tools are preferred but not required
Valid driver's license preferred
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

*Starting pay based on experience.
